The Carroll County Detention Center is located at 800 Clay St. Carrollton, Ky 41008. From I-71 turn right onto Hwy 227 North to Hwy 42. Turn left on Hwy 42 West, Turn left on 11th St. Go to Clay St. turn right and the jail is on the left side of the street.
