The Carroll County Detention Center now accepts credit card or debit card payments through Government Payment EXP, a third party agency, for Bonds and Canteen. Payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card or Debit Cards. Payments may be made online or by phone 24 hours a day.

To make payments through Government Payment NOW you will need:

• Pay Location Code: 1106
• Payment Amount
• Payment Type
• Name of Person the Payment is Being Made for
• Person's Date of Birth
• Last 4 Digits of their Social Security Number
• Your Credit or Debit Information
